By uploading a file to KingsTools, you confirm that you have the right to use and convert that file. You retain full ownership of any files you upload. KingsTools does not claim ownership over your files.

4. File Deletion
Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after conversion is complete. We do not store, access, sell, or share your files.

5. No Warranty
KingsTools is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results. Use the service at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability
KingsTools shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.

KingsTools may display ads served by third parties including Google AdSense. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
