To help us help you faster, please include as much relevant detail as possible:
- Bug reports — what JSON input caused the issue, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened (screenshots welcome)
- Feature requests — a short description of what you’d like to see and why it would be useful
- Content feedback — which guide or article, and what needs correcting or expanding. We cover everything from JSON basics and syntax to language-specific parsing guides, format comparisons (XML, YAML, CSV), and troubleshooting specific errors — if something’s unclear or you’d like a topic covered we haven’t touched yet, tell us
- Business or partnership inquiries — a brief summary of what you’re proposing
